Food Feud

The Project
Food Feud is a quirky FPS CTF mod for UDK that takes players to the core of the gritty world of New York food vendors and the unseen war that rages among them. Players begin by choosing a food stand to support, a restaurant-related class to use, and a food-related weapon to deal delicious damage. Players must then traverse three distinct areas of Central Park to capture, steal, and defend customers. A team of seven students is currently working in UDK to develop Food Feud; the team plans to finish the project in 13 weeks (3 weeks of pre-production and 10 weeks of production)

My Responsibilities
Manage and schedule a team of seven (two artists, two programmers, three designers) to ensure an on-time release
Work with specialization leads and game designer to maintain a coordinated vision for the game
Act as scrum master for daily agile development meetings and lead presenter for all greenlight and milestone presentations
Create and maintain game documentation
